Freed-Montrose Library 4100 Montrose Blvd. (at Colquitt) Houston, TX
Free parking: Street parking and garage parking are available. If you park in the covered garage (enter on Colquitt just west of Montrose Blvd.), you shouldn't have to worry about a parking fee even if you collect a ticket on the way in because free parking begins at 7 pm and our discussion ends shortly before 8 pm.
